Returns & Exchanges on Compatible Toners and Inkjet Cartridges

Our compatible cartridges have very low defective rate. However, if you received defective cartridges, they can be returned or exchanged within 90 days. All returns must have RMA# issued by us. All return items must have the original boxes. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please email to sales@inkpool.com or call us at 909-595-2330 to get an RMA number.

Shipping & Delivery

Most of the time we use First Class for package under 1 lb, Priority Mail for under 2 lbs, and UPS ground for 2 lbs or over. Priority Mail takes an average of 2-4 days. UPS takes an average of 2-10 days depending on the destination. If the item not in stock, you will be informed within several hours after order has been received. The shipping cost is based on the items ordered. The total cost ( items & shipping cost) will be shown in the shopping cart during check out.
